‘Typical Order’ freezer lamb available now.  For custom orders, allow 4-6 weeks before lamb can be picked up. 

 

All lamb is picked up by you at one of the following locations:  Rushford, Winona Farmers Market, Stillwater or Bloomington, MN.

Come try our meat before you place your custom order!  Email us for our price list. 

We sell individual cuts at the Farmers Market and we also sell whole, halves and quarters of beef.

 

Our processed beef  yields approx. 550-625 lbs.  A side yields approx. 250-300 lbs.  Forequarter and hindquarter yield approx. 150 lbs. each.
