Our lamb and beef are locally raised in Minnesota.  We use
natural raising practices, no antibiotics or hormones.  
Ledebuhrs in Winona, MN processes our meat.  No artificial
colors or preservatives are used.  The cuts are vacuumed
packed and deep frozen to seal in freshness.  We provide you
with only the freshest lamb and beef.

Last year we also started using Ledebuhrs to make Wild Rice
Lamb Brats that are nitrate free.  And we had Burt's Meat and
Poultry in Eyota, MN make us Lamb Summer Sausage.  We felt
both were a success and received good feedback from our
customers.
Freezer Beef

Our processed beef yields approximately 550-625 pounds of
meat.  A side yields approximately 250-300 pounds of meat.  A
forequarter and hindquarter yield approximately 150 pounds
each.  

We sell individual cuts of beef at the Farmers Market and sell
whole, halves and quarters of beef.

Freezer Lamb

Our processed lamb yields approximately 40-50 pounds of
meat.  A whole freezer lamb will fit into 2 paper grocery bags.
